How I got started in User Experience Design

My passion for drawing, color and problem solving led me to career in Textile Design. After working for several years as a textile designer and colorist for the home furnishings industry, I began to work on user experience projects involving navigation for visually impaired users. I learned that I enjoy designing to help improve the quality of life of others. 

What I love most about UX Design

What I love most about User Experience Design how it helps designers challenge assumptions and put the users needs first. I enjoy learning about how other people live and interacting with them to discover their needs. 

What excites me about Design

I am a excited about using systems thinking to design for as many people, situations and needs as possible.
